He is also the only proud employee with a CAPP certification. She manages operational performance and quality of service in order to achieve the level of customer service promised and the most effective operations possible. She provides direction and coaching to each call center supervisor, setting a standard of excellence that trickles down to the rest of the team. In addition, Lynda creates and maintains a supportive, yet challenging atmosphere among the team.
