Our Two-Way Video & Audio Integration
We’ve worked collaboratively to engineer an integrated two-way video solution on TIBA’s X-60 line of PARCS equipment. This means that anyone using our platform, including our customer service representatives, can answer intercom calls remotely through TIBA’s robust X-60 product line, with high-quality audio and video.
Benefits of this functionality include:

- Lowering upfront Parker hardware cost**
Additionally, we have an integrated audio integration for X-30 and X-60 equipment, ideal for SIP and third-party VOIP.
*The functionality to push rates is currently available for X-30 and X-60 models.
**The two-way video integration is only available on X-60 equipment and requires additional hardware.
The Bolt-On Solution
If you have other TIBA equipment models besides X30 or X60, we also have our bolt-on video intercom solution.
